  1. Shipping Rates and Tiers We offer clear and straightforward shipping fee structures based on your order subtotal:

  • Standard Shipping: Priced at $7.99 for all orders ranging from $0.00 up to $49.00.

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders with a subtotal of $50.00 and above ($50.00+).

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for customers who desire faster handling and transit, offered at a flat rate of $10.99 per order.

  1. Each Roenti piece is carefully prepared and hand-finished before shipment to help ensure it meets our quality standards. This preparation may require additional processing time. From order placement to delivery, the estimated timeframe is typically 8–15 days, depending on the destination and logistical conditions. Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, transit times can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather conditions, or remote geographic locations.

  2. Order Processing and Dispatch Orders are processed during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PDT. Orders placed outside these hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor the journey of your products.

  3. Delivery Address Accuracy Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses during checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, Roenti is not responsible for any resulting loss, delay, or additional reshipping fees.
